Let me tell you that “All about Technology” is awesome and Gary is the best technician that I’ve ever met, he is knowledgeable, professional, and has great customer service. If you need anything done to your computer or have any questions please give them a call or stop by. I would actually give them 10 stars if I could. This place is amazing. Thank you.

Garrick Smith has given me the best customer service I’ve had in YEARS‼️ He’s very knowledgeable about his work. He also takes the time to explain EVERYTHING to you. I will definitely be using him in the future and I will also send customers to him. All about technology IS GREAT‼️ *****EDIT***** As of today (09/09/2025)…they’ve had my laptops FOR A WEEK‼️ Every time I talked to, Garrick Smith, he would tell me that although one of my laptops was fixed…he was having a problem with the other one. He called me today to tell me that he couldn’t fixed my SCHOOL computer and that he would take $120 off of my bill…BRINGING IT DOWN TO $302. When I told him that I would be picking up my laptops today he decided to tell me that he could fix it for AN ADDITIONAL PRICE‼️ It didn’t make sense to me so I FIRMLY told him NOT to fix it & that I will SETTLE for the $302. Long story short….he ended up fixing it DESPITE THE FACT that I told him NOT TO because it would have taken the price up to $585‼️ I smell a CROOK‼️

I had been having an issue with finding a place to fix my cracked screen on my laptop. Every where I went I was overwhelmed with the processes. When I went I went to All About Technology I had a completely different experience. I explained what the issue was and I was made to feel comfortable and secure with leaving my laptop with them. My computer was fixed within 24 hours. The owner and employees are kind and knowledgable about computers as well. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.
