We are very happy with the high-quality work Alex and the team (Kyla, Mike and others) at All Coast Roofing did on our house. We have a flat roof, which had been failing for some time, and we were nervous about proceeding given the complexity of the project. Alex’s quote was detailed and fair, and he communicated well on the scope of the project and the timeline. He was also knowledgeable and patient while answering all our questions. During the project, we did experience a few bumps, but Alex and the team worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final product. Two things that really stood out to us were Alex’s honesty and his collaborative style. When things came up in-progress, he didn’t blow us off or try to rush the work (as I have experienced with other companies), he listened, he reassured us that everything was going to plan, and he problem solved when it was needed. It was clear to us that he stands behind his work and wants his customers to be happy. Next summer we will embark on stage 2 of this project (which will be a few decks & overhangs) and are looking forward to working with Alex and the team at All Coast Roofing again.

I hired All Coast Roofing to fix a broken ridge cap that caused water to leak into my attic. Alex and team did a great job being very responsive and getting the leak fixed quickly. I contacted him Monday morning and already the team was on site and fixed the leak by Monday afternoon, even while it was raining. I would highly recommend them!

All Coast responded to my online request for an estimate, and arrived just hours after I authorized it. Their policy is to do simple repairs immediately for their $400 service call charge or prepare an estimate if more extensive work is needed. The crew was very personable and efficient, and they were able to identify and repair my roof for the service fee. Communication with the company by phone and email was smooth and to the point.

I hired All Coast Roofing to do my roof in 2017 and meant to write a review but got busy. I’m writing this review now to say that we are very happy with the work done and that it still looks great and we have had no issues with leaking or needing any further repairs or deficiencies needing attention. The crew was prompt, on time, and tidy throughout the job. Alex was a pleasure to communicate with from the initial consultation, to planning and scheduling, and throughout the job to completion. While All Coast were doing the roof we requested that they add fascia boards behind the gutters to improve the finished appearance and Alex was able to accommodate our late request, as well as arranging the gutter install, and we love the finished product. The crew worked very hard in the hot sun of the summer all the while ensuring our extensive landscaping and was protected and no plants or trees were damaged.
