Yesterday, I picked up my car from the body shop, and their work was excellent—you can truly see the quality on my car. Zachary consistently demonstrates professionalism and genuine care, which always puts me at ease knowing my car is in good hands. The staff—Anita, Kelly, and Zachary—were extremely patient, kind, and understanding, especially since I was running late and trying to arrive before closing. AFD Body Shop did an awesome job with my Telsa. Paul assisted me with my claim and help me through the process of the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. He always went out of his way to update me on the status of the work via email or called me directly. Paul was very knowledgeable and very professional.
