Douglass Wolf came to our home on icy roads to help us with our hot water heater. He did a great job and let us know exactly what was going on with our heater. Very knowledgeable. Thankful for his expertise and workmanship.
I was not happy with the individual that come out to check my hot water heater. He did not check it whatsoever. He looked at it. He said yeah it’s not running. He looked at the date that I installed it so you need a new hot water heater and he left, Yet I still had hot water in the house he never checked anything. All he saw was the date that was installed. No it was old said I needed a new hot water heater, Yeah, I still had hot water in the house. It was just simply the alarm that was going off alerting me that there was a problem with the hot water heater. That’s why I called to get someone to check it out that did not happen. The two men that installed my new hot water heater did a wonderful job. I was very impressed with the work they did and while I do not feel, I should be giving a review on this this early after the repair I feel like in this case I’m OK and given the repair early after the repair As far as referring the company because of the first individual that come out and did not do his job. I could not refer the company and will not likely use the company again.
Got me an appointment pretty fast for some sewer work, to deal with a clogged and overflowing canalization. $89 + trip which ended up being fairly reasonable. Work was done fast, no problem since them. Tech was nice and efficient. Didn’t try to push for more work to be done. Also included a free camera inspection at a later date

Came out on August 30th and repairman said he would come back today the 4th to finish the job. He never showed up. Had to call the office and found out he never put it in the system. Finally came back out but it was a different guy and our sink base is not usable anymore. The bottom of it is completely gone. He tore it out. The bottom drawer of the drawer base doesn't work can't get the drawer all the way back in plus the oven got messed up when he pulled it out. The oven for doesn't even open
