This was my first time using movers and I only had them take my heavy furniture that I could not handle myself (bed, couch, dining table, etc.) Dante and Demetrius were excellent! They wrapped up all of my furniture, packed the truck securely (it was nearly empty), and were super careful bringing everything inside. They were very professional and kind. The overall move took about 2.5 hours, from a first floor 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 story house about 20 minutes away.

We had an excellent move completed by All My Sons Moving & Storage. We had our items picked up on a Monday, stored and held till Wednesday when we closed on our new house. We had a different crew for pick-up and drop off. Both crews did a great job and were all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our Drivers were Devin, Mar, Keith, and Issac. Our crew members were Marlon, Isaiah, Zach, Deana, DannyMario, Elijah and Javon. Made our move more enjoyable and less stressful!

All My Sons Moving was great! They came to the rescue when my sister needed relocation to assisted living. I called on a Saturday and arranged for a move on Wednesday, which was my deadline. Devin was the point person and did a spectacular job! He moved all the furniture pieces efficiently and with care. There was an issue dismantling the bed frame and fixing an old coffee table he solved it like the pro he is! I will definitely use All My Sons Moving again!

I would recommend these movers to anyone. Stress free, professional, even more helpful than I could’ve ever imagined! Eric and Robbo completed my move exactly in the time estimated and handled everything carefully. Thankyou millions of times for making everything possible with my move as a single mom. Everything pictured plus my artwork, bed, dresser, kitchen appliances, and great grandmas lamps passed down generations. Everything unpacked and in perfect condition no breaks, dings, or dirt.

Extremely Disappointing and Stressful Experience with All My Sons – AVOID IF YOU VALUE SAFETY, HONESTY, AND PROFESSIONALISM We hired All My Sons Moving & Storage based on their appealing motto, “Let our family move yours,” and were provided a written agreement after a virtual walkthrough with their estimator, Ron. The contract called for 7 movers and 2 trucks, with the option of a 20’ rental truck if needed. Labor was to be fully handled by All My Sons staff. The nightmare began on June 16, 2025. A crew of only 6 movers (instead of 7) arrived late, and their leader Jacob immediately tried to discourage us from using our rental truck and instead proposed an off-the-books cash “side deal” to finish the job. When we declined on ethical and contractual grounds, his behavior turned hostile and aggressive. He refused to protect property with padding, mishandled fragile boxes, and inefficiently packed the trucks, clearly unequipped to handle our 4-bedroom home. When we did bring the rental truck as instructed, Jacob’s attitude worsened. He insulted his own company, refused to listen to instructions, and abandoned the job mid-day, leaving our home in disarray with partially disassembled furniture and chaos everywhere. Despite multiple calls to their Norwood office, including to Danielle (the administrator who was genuinely trying to help) and Ron the estimator, no one from management responded for over 3 hours. Jacob and crew returned only to demand $3,381 upfront before unloading anything further. Jacob smelled strongly of marijuana, and the team appeared to be under his control. Concerned for our family’s safety — especially with visible box cutters and erratic behavior — we contacted local police to de-escalate the situation. Only after police were involved did someone named Austin from the company finally call and promise written follow-up and completion of the move. The crew then dumped items in our garage, ignoring clear room labels and agreed-upon layout, and left without completing the job, charging us for extra labor hours they did not perform. We were never given a Bill of Lading for June 16, 2025 despite repeated requests. On June 17, a new crew (Keith, Isaac, Marlin, and Tyler S.) arrived and were shocked at what they saw. These four professionals were courteous, diligent, and worked tirelessly — a complete contrast to the Day 1 crew. Unfortunately, because they were not scheduled to start until after noon, they couldn’t complete the move that day, forcing a third day of moving and additional charges, schedule disruption, childcare costs, and work absences for us. On June 20, the final part of the move was completed — which, ironically, the Day 2/3 crews of Keith, Isaac and their team managed to do in far less time and with fewer people than Jacob’s team. However, we were charged a $159 travel fee and $150.26 fuel fee for this third day — both of which would not have been necessary if Day 1 had been handled professionally. We are disputing all charges from June 16, including the coerced $3,381, the unnecessary travel charges from June 20, and have detailed records, photos, emails, and a police report to support our claim. In summary: We were coerced into paying thousands for incomplete, poorly handled work. Our property and safety were jeopardized. Substance use and unprofessional behavior were clearly visible. The company's management failed to intervene promptly, and no accountability has been taken. The only redeeming aspect was the professionalism of the Day 2/3 crews, who deserved tips and they were happy to receive the well deserved gratuities. We urge others to think twice before trusting this company. Their internal inconsistency, lack of supervision, and disregard for customer safety or ethics caused us significant emotional and financial stress. We wish Keith, Isaac, Marlin and Tyler S become available apart from this company and get the best that they deserve.
