All Occasion Tent Rentals turned our backyard wedding into the most beautiful setting. Hillari, was communicative and friendly, ensuring an stress-free experience for us. We did notice a couple issues, though. The tent’s roof was a little muddy, but that could have been due to the rainy installation conditions. Additionally, the dance floor was loosening and falling apart throughout the night—a sign of a great party! However, once we raised these concerns, AOTR quickly gave us a partial refund on our rental costs, which we greatly appreciated! Thanks to their kindness and support, our wedding was a great success. We would love to use AOTR again!

AOTC was super helpful for a Celebration of Life I hosted at my home for over 100 people. We didn't have a lot of time to plan and it was during the end of May which is a very busy time in Indianapolis for event rentals. A lot of other companies did not have inventory available with such short notice. AOTC got us everything we needed and added complementary equipment to help make our day more special. Hillari Hensley was my Event Specialist and was very dedicated, flexible and creative. She helped me plan the flow of the event and really made a tough day so beautiful. The team that delivered and broke down was great too. Their inventory for equipment was wide and I was able to rent everything I needed. They also had recommendations for some other event vendors for things we needed that they didn't have (such as Joy Johns, etc). I highly recommend AOTC for any event.

The guys who delivered and picked up the tent, sides, and chairs were very professional and quick. The whole team at this business is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this company for any occasion.

Their knowledge from previous events and hard work made for a great evening. Their employees who set up the tent and the representatives I spoke with were nothing but kind and attentive to the needs of our event. The tent itself was clean and designed beautifully in the set up. I have no regrets with choosing their service and will definitely use them again. You will not go wrong!
