I became very nervous when I found several bedbugs in my bedroom. I didn’t know what to do at first so I did a search of various companies and chose All Out Bedbug company because of the rave reviews they received. Out of 477 reviews there was no review that was less than five star so I hired them to do the service and was so glad that I chose this company. They are the best. Not only were their professional services grade but so was their customer service. They made me feel at ease. Bradley was the tech for my service. He was so patient with me. He walked me through the process several times until I felt comfortable with it. Louis, the owner, Made Sure that I received service within 24 hours of my call. I highly recommend this company and if you find bedbugs in your house, call Louis at All Out Bedbug company. You will not be sorry!

One of the best! I have had issues with bed bugs for months. I called Luis and All Out Bed Bugs back in June and he was so kind, helpful, and reassuring. The treatment was reasonably priced, offered a warranty program, and was worth every penny. My house was treated multiple times and each time I called Luis with a question or a concern, he was not dismissive and listened with a sympathetic ear. He made sure to send someone out each time I called whether it was to fix a previous company's error (should have called him first), or because of a straggler or an issue from the unit above mine and his crew was fantastic each and every time. He answered my question and gave me honest answers each time. He made an awful situation better by being just a genuinely nice person. I am so grateful for him and his company. If you ever need anyone, don't hesitate to call.

I can’t recommend Luis and his team enough. He gave me real peace of mind and was upfront about his methods and guarantees. We tried cheaper exterminators before, but they came with extra work and no real results or guarantees. His team showed up on time and were kind, professional, and easy to deal with. Luis stood by his work. If you’re dealing with bedbugs and want it handled properly, this is the team to call.

Only raves for All Out Bed Bug Exterminators!! I would definitely definitely recommend them. This was my first experience with bed bugs, so, of course, was quite anxious about (especially since I have a particularly strong allergic response to the bites). But from the moment I called, Luis immediately had the supportive energy "We've got your back!" He carefully explained how the Aprehend treatment functions and what to expect in terms of timeline. From there, I was lucky enough that his colleague, Danny, was able to come that same day. And also was extremely kind and supportive...knowing there's an emotional component to finding out your home has bed bugs. He also explained the Aprehend timeline and expectations very clearly...and was very respectful of my apartment while applying the treatment. I'm happy to say that after a month of the treatment I have only been bit once...and it's looking very positive that I'm in the clear. But even then...Luis reassured me that he's there to help should anything change (thought hopefully it doesn't [knock on wood]) So, another thank you and shout out to Luis and Danny!

I came home one day last week and saw a little reddish brown bug crawling on my sheet on the bed. I ran and got a Ziploc bag to catch it since I am so afraid of bugs and wanted to find out what it was I could never even imagine that it could be a bedbug Considering that I keep my apartment so neat. I panicked and looked on the Internet and identified that it looked like a bedbug. . I called my daughter who spent time on the Internet to find the very best and most highly rated exterminator for bedbugs. And I called him thinking that he might want to come by and do the whole process even though I only saw one bug. The name of the company was. All Out Bed Bug Exterminators NYC , And I was lucky enough to speak to Luis I told him the situation and he heard the nervousness in my voice. He explained to me that a female bedbug lays multiple bugs every day. That, even though I saw one, there would be a possibility of needing a complete extermination. Then, much to my surprise Luis looked at the video that I sent him of the bug Moving within the Ziploc bag. Told me, honestly, that he felt that this was a male bag bug who would not be laying eggs. I was so excited, not only by the fact. A male, but by the fact that Luis was so incredibly honest! He told me that we should just keep an eye on things and that I should let him know if I saw anything else. He explained the signs that I should be looking for. Luis was amazing! Anybody else would've taken advantage of the situation. his integrity was admirable and I am so grateful to him. I don't usually write reviews, but this was truly exceptional. Thank you so much Luis and much to my surprise, Luis texted me this morning, almost 2 weeks later, to ask me how things were going, and I happily responded that I didn't see anything. Specious. Just wanted to share my experience with this wonderful man and company.
