ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL! I had an appointment for February 28th to get my taxes done and when my wife and I arrived at our appointment we were told we were dropping them off and they would be ready in about a week. Any other time we got our taxes done Jan did them during the appointment with us there. Well a month went by and I still didn’t hear anything from them. I called and was told they would be done by the following Monday and Jan said she would call me. Another week went by and still nothing. I then called almost every single day for a week but never got a return phone call. Finally I was able to speak with Jan and she explained how busy they have been and how she has been taking care of the people that had appointments. Well, what do you think I had on February 28th? Thats right, an appointment. Why was I not as important as any other paying customer and why was I pushed to the back burner? Every time I called the receptionist would have an attitude like I was the biggest inconvenience to her. Do your job! God forbid a customer wants to know what is going on with the services that you are being paid to do! When I finally went to pick the paperwork up and pay for the taxes being prepared I was met with more attitude when I asked questions about the results. Keep in mind this is now AFTER the April 15th deadline to file. So of course I got upset. Jan even said out of her mouth on the phone “you should be mad at me for taking this long.” So they charged my debit card and then decided they weren’t going to process my paperwork. Very convenient to decide immediately after you charge my card. So now I have to find someone to file my taxes with the deadline being five days ago, file a Form 14157 for negligent preparer AND wait for my money to be returned to my bank account. Unless you want to wait two months for your taxes to be prepared I would avoid them at all costs.

Stay away! Use another tax professional! This group has gone down hill! No professional care for their mistakes, so many excuses, no communication and as the customer you have to chase down their mistakes and they have no accountability. So disappointed on how they do not care! Even purchased protection if a mistake was made which is useless! I literally had to call the IRS myself who were helpful compared to Donna! Now I’m paying interest and penalties for her mistakes! She doesn’t even have the decency to call or respond to email text or phone calls!!!!
