Great selection, responsiveness and availability. They were very helpful in getting things loaded, providing helpful hints on how to set it up, and provided some miscellaneous tool(s) to make setup easier. Helpful in unloading as well! Will use again.

They were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We rented the dunk tank for a side event at a festival, and they were helpful in loading it in our truck and explaining how it worked, including noting safety issues that we should be aware of before use. We got the dunk tank set up, and we're excited to use it today!

It was great working with "All Pumped Up". The people were very accommodating and worked with our schedule. We were crunched on time and they helped make it work. Very friendly people to speak with. Compared to other places the price was reasonable. I only wished I would have asked for tax exempt, but next time. Thank you!

Pickup was very easy and the bounce house worked perfectly and was a great addition to our party. When our return plans got changed (on our end), they were very flexible and let me return it at a later date without any additional charges! This is our 3rd time using them and its always been top notch service.

Pros: bounce house worked as advertised. Lady on the phone tries to be very clear on how their process works. They explained how to set it up and take it down. Price is right! Why 3 stars? Cons: 1) 3 day rental is not actually 72 hours. It is 53 hours. They tell you when you call them. But this is very misleading and you have to know the fine print. 2) their drop off time is exactly 5 pm. So what they're saying is that their time is way more important than your time. In my opinion, they should have a 1 hour time window for drop offs. The lady got really defensive when I asked about it. Her response was "We will not yell at you if you are 5 minutes late. If you are 5 mins early, then just wait". I returned it at 5 pm. If you want be yelled at by this business for being more than 5 minutes late, please use their services. I will not repeat.
