Most expensive, stressful and horrible moving experience EVER! Crew took 7+ hrs. As a friend that stopped by prior to the very young crews arrival commented I was extremely organized for my 1BR move. NO loose items! I had also moved all my plants, fragile items, and food the day before. Within a few weeks four friends down the hall from me (my unit was across the elevator) on the same floor moved out of the same complex. Their moves took between 3.5-5 hrs. Two friends one in a 2 BR and one in a 1BR moved into the same complex used All Service as well and took just 3.5hrs. They were on the same floor down the hall from me so distance, etc were not factors regarding move time as they tried to claim. The 5hr move was a friend that had movers do all her packing and the 4hr friend had closet garments packed and unpacked in garment boxes moved into a different complex on top floor (elevators, etc) used two different reputable movers. Issues that occurred and factored into length of move that were out of my control. 1) crew had to stop to get gas between complexes 2) unfortunately during the unload one of the guys hurt his ankle so understandably he struggled in pain even after I gave him some Advil. Likely sprained so should have stopped! 3) did not properly wrap white furniture as photos confirm items are dirty 4) placed my wardrobe bags on the closet floor in a pile not flat 5) charged a flat 1hr for transportation (not real time as quoted) 6) went 1.5 hrs over on 2 hr elevator res. Manager that was assisting was baffled 7) left large trash debris in garage 8) crew completely blocked kitchen, placed large heavy items in wrong areas/rooms in front of light items that I could not move myself or unpack for days until I got help 9) broke one leg on newer ottoman that they had to have repaired. When it arrived the top was dirty (again white). Not sure why they didn't remove the legs as they did for the matching chair (which I found loose laying around around and screwed back on myself) rather than placing them in the underside storage pocket quality furniture usually has and experienced movers are aware of ??? Good thing they didn't get lost! 10) did not place floor protection coverings in either NEW complexes causing major scuffs 11) crew left my step ladder in the truck. I realized while unpacking that it was gone so I had to track it down as NO ONE called. I didn't have it for a week until a different crew brought it at the same time as they brought my repaired dirty ottoman. They were the same crew that moved my 2BR friend into the complex and couldn't believe my experience and took photos of all the dirty furniture and NEW wood floor scuffs as well. I understand moves can have hiccups, what I don't understand is how this experience and the stress it caused me should be unacceptable by the company. Not sure what happened with this crew but training is clearly a factor as I advised to management with NO apology, adjustment or follow up.
All service moving helped my mom move a very large sofa over to my new home. They were professional and took great care of the delivery side. They were friendly and fast at set up. I would highly recommend these movers, especially the two in the photo. Also, how they got that down my mom’s stairs is beyond me.
Excellent Moving Experience with Mark & Douglas! I had an amazing experience with my moving crew, especially Mark and Douglas. From start to finish, they were professional, hardworking, and extremely careful with my belongings. They arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. What stood out the most was their positive attitude and attention to detail—they handled everything with care, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure the move went smoothly. Even during the more challenging parts of the move, they remained patient and solution-focused. I truly appreciate the outstanding service they provided. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, courteous, and committed to doing an excellent job, I highly recommend Mark and Douglas!
Wow! even though I didn’t have everything completed, JJ and Jordan looked around and was quick to offer a solution to the issue. They took the time to work it out and I have been moved into my new home. They have been courteous, supportive and helpful. I have a greyhound as a support animal and they were cautious to make sure she was safely in the apartment while moving stuff out to the truck. I would definitely use All Service Movers for the next time I move and I will recommend anyone that asks who to have move them. I recommend JJ and Jordan as individuals to move you.
Loved my experience with All Service moving. James and Sergio were really friendly and made the whole experience a breeze. They were careful, courteous, and got the move done effortlessly. I’d recommend them to anyone moving! They were a 10/10!
