I didn’t end up purchasing an RV from All Valley RV Center, but I still felt they deserved a review because the experience was truly exceptional. This is one of the most honest and upstanding dealerships I’ve ever interacted with. They took an incredible amount of time to help me understand my options, answer every question, and make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. There was never any pressure, no runaround, and no attempt to steer me toward something that wasn’t right for me. Just genuine integrity and real care for the customer. Bill, the manager, deserves special recognition. He’s an incredible man who clearly cares deeply about the people he helps. His honesty, patience, and sincerity set the tone for the entire dealership. Even though I didn’t end up buying from them, I walked away grateful for the experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that puts people first and operates with true transparency, All Valley RV Center is a rare find.

We had the best experience at All Valley RV Center in Acton thanks to Ernie! After dealing with another dealership that gave us the runaround, Ernie really listened to what we wanted and got us the best deal. He had us in and out in just two hours, which was amazing. 5 Stars to Ernie! We just purchased a 26 Jayco Northpoint. The entire experience was easy and zero pressure! Ernie listens to your wants and concerns and doesn’t tell you what you need. He is patient, kind and answers all of your questions. This is my second time from buying from All Valley RV. They made me a fantastic offer on my trade and on my new 5th wheel that I could walk away from. We had no plans on buying but the offer was true good to be true! We are still is disbelief that we own this beautiful 5th. We have been saving and doing our research for 2 years and everything paid off today! Thank Ernie for everything, I truly appreciate all that you did for us! I will be sending you referrals for sure!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone I worked with at All Valley RV in Acton! I don’t step into things lightly and this process took me and my wife about year to research and decide on. We went EVERYWHERE several times but kept coming back to Ernie. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. For a year! He never once made me feel like I was bothering him or taking his time. In the end we decided what we wanted (2025 Jayco 22se C) and we were torn between two, one was from another dealership but when we found out that the one at All Valley came with solar it was game over. All Valley had the rv, the customer service and the drive that we wanted. Even when there was some issue with the solar it was solved immediately by the owner. They made us feel valued and heard and finally excited for the rv we had been dreaming about. The day of, we talked with Ernie and we handled our paperwork with Rick (who loves music almost as much as my wife does and has the autographs to prove it!). We took our first weekend trip in it last weekend and this weekend we bring it back to them to fix any problems we found, and what we did find were only like three smalls things that I wouldn’t even call problems, and to install the solar as promised. As long as that is done I will not have one single complaint about All Valley and any of its employees or owners. I’ve already sent a few friends in their directions and if you are contemplating a new rv, fifth wheel or travel trailer, ESPECIALLY Jayco, I say don’t waste your time like I did and head on over to All Valley RV in Acton, and tell Ernie I said hi!
