Phenomenal customer service!! Took my mother's car in for an estimate of minor damage to her back bumper. Luis Esquer gave us an honest assessment, which included the expensive option of replacing the bumper. Then he suggested another option of simply buffing and cleaning it up, which he was able to do immediately. After about 20 minutes the bumper looked great and like nothing had ever happened. My mother was so happy and relieved! Thank you Luis, and Allard!

Allard Collision is one of the best body shops I have ever been to. Angela is the nicest most welcoming front desk administrator and greets everyone with a smile. She makes check in and check out so easy. Eddie makes sure he reviews the needed repairs with the customers and listens to all concerns. They were happy to take care of additional work that was not covered by insurance and separated the bills accordingly for me! Couldn’t be happy with the results! They even washed my car before I picked it up! ( It’s the little things like this that make a huge difference!) My car looked brand new! I will definitely be taking all my cars to Allard Collision in the future.

I understood that the repair would take some time, and waiting was agony. However, I wanted quality and I got it. I received my car back earlier than expected and I was ecstatic. Angel was so sweet when answering my calls, Chris laid it all out for me when I dropped my car off and now my car handles beautifully. A little paint smell but that does NOT deter the work that was done. I appreciate the Allard Collision team!
