Terrible i placed an order way early before my mother's birthday on April 1st and receptionist was not helpful and wanted to replace my flowers with something else these flowers were special mom has dementia and its her birthday Allen's is very close to us and I've never received such bad services like this before allen didn't even have the flowers there I ordered unsatisfied ill be contacting owner and letting him know all unsatisfied services
