He immediately put on shoe coverings before entering our home, which showed great attention to detail and respect for our space. He thoroughly evaluated our system, explained the recommended services, and we agreed on a fair price before work began. The before, during, and after photos and videos were extremely helpful and showed that their services are legitimate and not just a gimmick. After completing the work, Terry and his team cleaned up, thanked us, and headed to their next appointment. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others. This was my second quote for Airduct cleaning after the first wanted $700 for basic and $1500 for “deep cleaning”. Allergy Airduct quoted $450 and stuck to that quote. This is for two HVAC units in a 2200 sf house. They inspected the ducts and said that they were basically pretty clean already so no deep cleaning needed. The first company was full of up charges before they even looked in the ducts. I appreciate the honesty I got from Terry at Allergy Airduct and I will use them again next time.
