I never thought I would see a chiropractor! But I knew my lower back and hip needed something extra. My appointment changed my stubborn view on chiropractic practices. It 100% has to do with the wonderful staff (from calling to make the appointment to leaving afterwards the communication and positive attitude was perfect) and their knowledge in the field. Every step was explained in detail in a calm, relaxing and respectful manner. My comfort was most important. The extra time spent going over everything was beyond expectation. My experience was wonderful. If you’re debating where to go look no further. After months of discomfort trying everything my lower back and hip finally feel back to normal.

Lauren greets you with a friendly smile and positive attitude and is very professional. Dr. Gonzales is very friendly and very kind. He remembered me when I went to visit him about 8 years ago and couldn't help me because he said I needed a hip replacement. I came back to his new office years later and he fixed me up really good. Long-time customer... He was recommended to me and I'm glad I took a chance. Doc is on a different level...I've literally tried about 15 different chiropractors in MD & VA (Some have officially served NFL & MLB athletes/teams)... and I have yet to find someone else with the magic touch like Doc...I've had some success with a couple chiros out of state, but my issues can get pretty complex and Doc seems to be the one who can consistently tackle my lingering complexities where others miss the mark... I don't even have to prompt him... he just finds them. He also keeps up with emerging /advanced chiropractic trends and technologies (ex laser therapy) for more holistic healing. Lauren at the front desk is awesome, too... her positivity is contagious... it's always refreshing when the group has a positive atmosphere (not always the case). Alliance is worth every dollar. Dr. Gonzales has a really good bedside manner. He is knowledgeable about sports injuries and understands we all aren't the same. His personal attention to the details was excellent. We are on a path to recover my tennis elbow. I am happy I was able to meet him and his practice. His receptionist is Lauren and she is very accommodating and personable.
