Richmond Alliance physical therapy is a fantastic place. I couldn’t have been happier with my progress and the amazing treatment from such a wonderful team. My therapist, Matt Burress was so encouraging, helpful and patient and worked super hard to get me back to a place that I had not been for a while after a motor vehicle accident.. I am so glad that I was sent to this practice and that Matt was my therapist. Such a great experience!

I’ve been going to appointments at the Willow Lawn location for a very long time. Matt is the best especially if you need dry needling done. Tyler and Chelsea are great to work with as well. They are very accommodating and friendly. I needed doctor’s notes for my jobs and every time I came in for my appointments, my notes were already complete and waiting at the front desk for me to pick up. Dr. Okay is very understanding and helpful. He would always address all of my concerns and genuinely cares about your well being.

PT Zach has helped me strengthen my back and neck after a car accident better than several years of chiropractic care has (not to knock chiropractic). He supported my PT visits with at-home stretching recommendations and bands to support my independent care practice. This is definitely the best physical therapy I've ever been to. Every instructor was on point and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain as I did my exercises. The heat a stim was amazing after each session too. Highly recommend if you've been injured
