Got an appt with Dr Dunn after hearing good reviews, and waited >1.5 months to see her. The Dr ended up cancelling the appt on short notice, so they scheduled me with the NP. While she provided generic recommendations for acne, she did not analyze my skin in any way and the visit was quite casual. Fast forward to a follow up appt, they schedule me with the NP again despite me wanting to see Dr Dunn from the very beginning. When I called back to check if I'd actually be seeing the doctor this time, the staff rudely states that I should've told them thats what I wanted for the follow up appt. The operation seems poorly managed, with an inexplicably rude staff.
My family has been seeing Dr. Dunn for over 12 years. She is an amazing physician who is professional, detail oriented and collaborative with her treatment plans. I have never met such a warm and heart centered doctor who is knowledgable in more than skin care. Her office is a joy to work with as well.
Great experience. I felt welcomed and cared for by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr. Dunn talked with me not at me. I give Dr. Dunn 5 stars.
My appointment with NP Annie Song was rescheduled because I arrived three minutes late, despite no other patients being seen at the time. I found this policy to be unnecessarily rigid and disappointing. Will definitely report this place to my primary care provider.
The manager helped me figure out if my (confusing) insurance covered the visit, and was wonderfully nice, patient and calm. When I got in to see Miriam, I was delighted with her bedside manner and her thoroughness. I felt she really listened and took the time with me that I needed.
