Aloha Maids is so professional. Christy is so helpful as a communication hub regarding cleaning, scheduling, issues, etc and the team’s consistent and pleasant communication is a big part of why I use Aloha maids. This is our third time and this time the cleaners Elsira and Aura did above and beyond what we imagined, and all the extras were done so well, and they were so relaxed in doing their work that it was pleasant for us also. Thank you to all!!

Aloha Maids delivered a phenomenal customer experience from start to finish. Their website made booking simple and fast, and within just 10 minutes my reservation was confirmed: exactly when, where, and at the time I needed. While other providers wanted me to wait several days, Aloha Maids had me scheduled for the very next day. Special thanks to Edwin for making everything seamless. My cleaning team was absolutely incredible! They were professional, thorough, and went above and beyond in every detail. The house looks spotless, smells fresh, and feels brand new. We were in a rush and needed a reputable cleaning crew to come in and clean up for our move out. They were reasonably priced and Mariz helped me set up a cleaning crew the next day! Jay did an amazing job and left the place clean and tidy for the landlord. Thank you both for helping us out during a busy and hectic time! I really appreciate their thorough service and support!
