Came into Alpha music yesterday just to take a look at Les Paul’s and get some info of which would be best for me. Ross Becker was the associate to help me and he couldn’t have done a better job. He explained everything, let me take a close look at a few and gave me great knowledge and insight towards my decision. He also explained all the benefits of shopping with Alpha. Even though I was just looking for info at this time and not yet ready to purchase, Ross has made me an immediate customer. Alpha will be my first stop for my purchase when I make my decision.

Excellent local spot for instruments and equipment both new and used as well as repairs! Brought in a guitar I had purchased second hand from someone on eBay. I was prepared to pay $40-50 for an inspection to make sure there was nothing major wrong. Was greeted with smiling faces and they were eager to help! Turned out just needed to get the action lowered some and was good to go. I had a few questions that the tech was able to answer and teach me a few things as well. Repair was expected to be done in a week and was done early. More than happy with the results. Come check out alpha for great selection, service, and prices. Super convenient location as well.
