Alpine Cleaners have been exceptional from the start. Every call with their friendly staff was a pleasure, offering helpful advice and making the process seamless. KEVIN picked up three cherished and valuable oriental rugs. The rugs looked brand new! A week later, Jesus cleaned my eight dining chairs, four upholstered kitchen chairs, the couch, and the loveseat. He was courteous and reviewed everything with me. I was amazed at how spotless everything looked. My experience has been excellent. The customer service team has been consistently gracious and professional. I called Alpine Specialty Services after my elderly cat staged what can only be described as a crime scene tour (IYKYK) through a house we’re about to move out of. I filled out the quote form Tuesday around 6:30 PM and immediately got a friendly text letting me know they were closed for the evening but would follow up in the morning. And they actually did—right on time. By 2:30 PM Wednesday, Jesus was at my door assessing the damage like a true professional (and possibly a miracle worker, given the situation). He explained everything clearly, treated the worst areas that same day, and got the house back to “human-habitable” instead of “apology candle on every surface.” The best part? This was just step one. They’re coming back in two weeks to do a full house carpet cleaning for our move-out so everything will be truly reset and ready for the next chapter. The result already? The house smells better now than it did before the cat went rogue. I didn’t think that was scientifically possible. If you need a company that responds fast, treats you kindly, and performs actual olfactory magic, call Alpine. And if you want the VIP experience, ask for Jesus —he lives up to the reputation.

Alpine came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I was able to get an appointment for the next day to clean some furniture and a rug and help get out some smoke odor. I worked with Caleb for the cleaning and he did an amazing job. Was right on time and very friendly and great to work with. He was extremely thorough and everything turned out perfect. I now also highly recommend using Alpine!

Ben was incredibly thorough. I was shocked to see the amount of dust, debris, and even some old items they removed from the vent. Ben was very respectful of our home, he even took his shoes off and ensuring his work areas were completely cleaned up afterward, leaving no mess behind. Highly recommend!

Nico is the man! The day did not start off well. The information we were given prior to scheduling alpine was inconsistent with what we got. Mainly we felt that the "included furniture moving" that we were told was not actually including all furniture. Only small chairs and such. We felt that this was misleading. I showed that message to our service tech Nico, and he handled it very well. Often times a service provider or contractor will argue and make you feel like somehow we are the ones at fault for their miscommunication, but not so with Nico! He heard us, address our concerns, and offered to help with whatever he could. We could tell he was genuinely concerned for our experience to be great and it was! The cleaning turned out amazing. Upon completion he walked us through each room. You can tell he was proud of his work. He explain why a few certain stains weren't removable and that was alright with us because we've had other carpet cleaning companies try to get them out and they too were unsuccessful. (Some stains are just permanent). But he redid any areas we requested with a great attitude, and left us a free bottle of spot treatment. Honestly this started off not the best, but Nico single handedly turned it around for us. We had a great experience! Carpets look clean, smell nice, aren't too wet (better than other carpet cleaning services we've had from other companies). We're happy customers!
