Damion was excellent! He is the first technician that showed me on the outside of my house where the problem issues were and why after previous treatments that we were still having issues, and did more than just put ant bait in the corners of one kitchen window. He advised on changes I could make to make the treatments more effective, and make my home less accessible to pests. I would highly recommend Damion and would happily welcome him back for future treatments.

Sales rep came to my door and made it seem like this was the service to just have. I cancelled with my other pest control service who I didn't have any issues with because of how good the rep made this service sound and they offered more services. Basically getting more bang for my buck. I've had nothing but problems since I started with this company. They never showed up to spray for the first spray but rep stated he completed the job. I would of never knew he said he completed the service if I didn't receive an email. Called and had to have them come out and really complete the service. Called again in between the time for a second spray because we have been seeing multiple spiders and was told they would come out between 1p-5p. The man called on the day of the service at 8am stating he was on the way and I told him I wasn't at home because I was told the service would be done between 1p-5p. This place has the WORST communication and I am VERY disappointed I cancelled with an awesome service I never had a problem with to be stuck in a contract for a year with a shitty service. I definitely wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Im definitely calling Schendel Pest services and going back to them. If these people come to your door RUN.

They spray, they are friendly. But whatever they use does not work. I have spiders, ants and just about everything else everywhere. I understand they can't get it all, but it looks like nothing. Example; sprayed today. I saw a HUGE web attached to one of my cars and a tree. I came home after service, web still there. Spider as happy as can be. The people are very nice, the service is negative 5 stars.

He was very kind and knowledgeable! My son said he was very enthusiastic as well. I appreciate his bright and charming personality as well. I would feel comfortable with him in my home. My children are disabled and we have to keep contact minimal so it's nice seeing a clean cut professional young man taking care of his community. Both young men that I had contact with were great. Thank you!

Arya was speaking with one of my neighbors and came down the street and knocked on my door. He was very professional and very polite. Told me about the services, was very clear and very direct. Answered all of my questions, we even joked around a little bit. I signed up for the services and about an hour later Nick knocked on my door. He was also very professional and polite. He verified with me everything that was being done, let me know how long it was going take and let me know when he was done. He reminded me to let everything dry before I let my animals outside. 100% would recommend this company to anyone strictly because of how polite and professional both people who came out were.
