Thank you to the medical assistants here they should be compensated why more than they do I feel welcomed every time I come in . This Friday with my son to see DR.Kane best doctor Ever very patient and understanding.I didn’t get the Medical assistants name I think marisa but big thank you . Recommendations To anyone 10/10

I only gave 2 stars because of Dr. Ben-Isaac my son is 4yo I was holding off and hesitant to switch doctors because of him. However the clinic itself lacks of interest for their pediatric patients. They place you on hold for about an hour, if your kid is sick and you call to make an appointment they screen you through triage then they decide if you can have an appointment, after waiting for over an hour for triage to answer, get screened they tell you if they even have an appointment for the day although the website says they take walk-ins. If they don’t have “availability” for your kid to be seen in their urgent care they refer you to the ER. Such a waste of time, they don’t care if your kid had fever or had been ill for days. I’ve been turned down when I have taken my son to the urgent care without an appointment. To communicate with the doctor you have to do it through the portal and you don’t get a response for 3 weeks minimum. The times that I was able to get an appointment for my son with their urgent care he was always miss diagnosed and we ended up in the ER receiving antibiotics. This place is HORRIBLE. There is no assistance and they just simply don’t care. I am sad to leave doctor Ben-Isaac he is so knowledgeable but it’s so hard to hear back from him because of the way they have the portal set up for messages and he is in the office twice a week only and is booked for months.

This was our fifth visit to the clinic, and we have never encountered such an unprofessional nurse before. From the very beginning, Cindy M. displayed an attitude that was completely inappropriate for a pediatric setting. She made our baby anxious and distressed due to her lack of basic skills and understanding of how to handle young patients. She is completely aloof. It is evident that she is not suited for this job. Thankfully, Dr. Liza Macintosh is always professional, kind, and positive, providing the level of care we expect from this clinic. However, we strongly urge management to pay attention to Cindy M.’s behavior. Hopefully, the name is correct, as she didn’t provide it when asked and disappeared shortly after. So, in general my review is 5 for Altamed but Cindy M makes it 0.

The absolute worst service for children. You have to block off 3-4 ours if your day for a schedule appointment. They schedule you at 3pm and an hour or more goes by and you still in the lobby waiting to be seen. They give the excuse of there are no rooms available right now. The doctors are not midful that other patients are waiting to be seen. Who has hours to spare for a schedule doctors appointment!! Who The service is just absolutely horrible. The staff is the worst. They don’t acknowledge you and they give attitude when you ask them something. They need a wake up call that people are not there to see them and they are not the ones with the medical education the doctors are. The way they make families wait to be seen is ridiculous You also don’t get a permanent doctor. The doctors come and go. They go there to get experience and leave as soon as they graduate. They escape the madness themselves. Let me not even say how horrible it is to schedule an appointment

They don’t deserve one single stare, please please take your children elsewhere! This place is the WORST CLINIC! Probably ALL altameds are! I have been being my 10 year old son here since he was 1, but this last time I brought him on is where I draw the line and never bring him or my daughter back!!! My son has been having terrible red eyes they look bloody red both eyes he has been dealing with if for 1 month!!! I brought him in for this day 4 of when it started and the doctor said oh it’s probably allergies, mind you if not your regular red eyes his eyes were swollen and they just look terrible! He had sensitivity to the sun he was sent back from school because they thought it was pink eye, I told the doctor all of this and he said it’s just allergies he gave him some allergy drops not a thing was done! I brought him back in because of swollen lymph nodes and mentioned the eyes again to his doctor and he said it’s the season that’s causing it! He had to keep dealing with this for a couple more day it was a month at this point I brought him back this time to the urgent care in this clinic this different doctor took a look at his eyes and said he needs to see the optical eye doctor she said she couldn’t tell me what it was. I took him to a different doctor not an eye optical doctor and had to pay out of my own pocket!!!! And he said it was a very severe eye bacterial! He prescribed him 3 different kind of medication one that he is supposed to drink and two different eye drops! Not to mention at altamed they doctors come and go!!! They never see the same doctor ever!!! Please take your kids to a small doctor clinic! Pictures are before and after he started taking the medication they prescribed him with. And his eyes would get worse then the pictures I took, that was on a good day.
