I went to Zlata for help with a cocktail dress for a friend’s wedding. I arrived with far too many reference images and a couple of rough sketches, all pointing in different directions. Zlata took the time to go through everything with me and was very honest about what would and wouldn’t work, and what would suit me best rather than just copying a reference. That advice was exactly what I needed. She helped refine the design, provided a proper pattern, and completed the dress within the agreed timeframe, which was crucial with the wedding coming up. I had quite a few questions and concerns along the way, and they were always answered calmly and clearly. Nothing ever felt rushed. The finished dress fit perfectly and looked exactly right on the day. I was very happy with both the process and the result, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zlata.

I came in initially for a consultation about altering several work shirts that I wear for the office. I needed them done fairly quickly and was impressed from the start by how clearly everything was explained. The quality of the alterations was excellent and the turnaround was faster than expected, which made a real difference for me. The shirts fit properly now and feel much better to wear for work. Based on that experience, I decided to go ahead and order a suit jacket for business use. The result was spot on — the fit is exactly right and the tailoring is clearly done to a very high standard. Such a great experience! I brought in an asymmetrical wedding guest dress and they totally understood my vision and altered it perfectly - the fit was spot on. I was also on a really tight timeline and they managed to turn it around so quickly without cutting any corners. Absolutely great tailoring service! I brought in several items for alterations — trousers and jacket— and everything was done perfectly. The fit is spot on, stitching is neat, and you can really see the attention to detail. They also helped me adjust a piece that I thought was impossible to fix, and the result honestly exceeded my expectations. Friendly service, clear communication, and fair pricing.
