Called in for battery replacement on a APC UPS. The staff was very knowledgeable and quoted me on the phone. Went on site to pick up and Robert was able to offer several options. Batteries fit perfectly and I save about $40-50 over what a manufacturer battery replacement would cost.

Took a CCTV Dvr into the staff to have the password reset. The staff was very knowledgeable and were able to get the job done rather quickly. They were also able to provide me with some cctv installers to help me with some other issues we had.

I recently visited the store twice—once to buy a part for my laptop, and again to return it. Both times, I was helped by Robert C., and both times the interaction left me feeling unwelcome. He appeared irritated from the moment I approached and offered little communication throughout the process, only speaking when it was time to check out. The transactions took longer than expected, and the lack of engagement made the experience uncomfortable. The rest of the staff seemed approachable and helpful, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
