We looked for an electrician in the neighbourhood for our dryer's ceiling booster fan problem and decided to give a call to Altitude Electric. Ian was very prompt in responding and came in for a diagnosis right the next day. We ordered replacement parts and waited for a couple of weeks to call him again for installing. The parts were the correct, but there were some unexpected fitting issues (such as switching a socket inside out), which he aptly worked out and finished the job in about half an hour. His pricing was fair, too. Overall, I was very pleased and grateful.

We had Ian from Altitude Electric come by to check an issue with one of our breakers. His response time was incredibly quick, and he immediately diagnosed the problem with confidence. Ian provided great advice, took the time to explain everything, and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was safe and in good shape.
