after an experience of a child slapping my daughters friend(6yr old little girl). I was livid. I just want to commend the employees on helping de escalate the situation and handled the situation extremely well.

Great place for kids to get energy out. The satf was very nice. John Lucas helped us when we had questions. He was very helpful. There was so much for the kids to do.

The manager Amanda has a horrible attitude at the Gastonia location, if she doesn't like her job why work around kids.

The staff isn’t friendly at all and it was very dirty, wouldn’t recommend.

This place has basically become our second home anytime my daughter comes to town with me while running errands! The staff is so friendly and anytime we’ve ever had an issue (not many) it’s been quickly resolved! Which is a rarity these days in general. My daughter loves to come and get her wiggles out in a safe place. Definitely recommend this Jump park over others!
