We had our child’s 7th birthday party here. Our assigned host checked on us multiple times and made sure we had all we needed and made our experience excellent! We love the ease of having birthday parties at Altitude because we can just show up and the kids of all ages (2-9) have a blast!

Very family friendly and a fun affordable place to take kids. I can see how it may get hectic during busy times but we try and go when there are not that many kids around. Update: had my granddaughters bday party here and everyone had a wonderful time

We had our daughter's birthday party today (MVP) and let me stop and say our host Connor was absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you Connor from helping unload, to setting up, decorating and constantly checking on us! You went above and beyond and you were amazing!!

My family has been to a lot of trampoline parks and we frequent an Altitude that is close to us in South Carolina. This is the worst one that we have been to. It's as if the activity areas are cramped on the outside and way too much unused/wasted space in the middle and around. It looks run down, not very clean. I do appreciate the that they have an elevator for someone that's in a wheel chair. I would not come to this place again unless they did some reservations.

Our church youth group went here this past weekend and everyone had a blast. Management and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and well supervised. The area is very large with plenty of room for the parents and/or guardians to sit and socialize or just enjoy the kids playing. Dodgeball was the most fun for our group of kids. Note to not try wearing another facilities jump socks as they only allow their own brand of socks in their facility. Bathrooms need a little TLC and the basketball jump was out of order due to repairs needed; otherwise, it’s a perfect place for a fun time for the young kids.
