We had my son’s 3rd birthday party at Altitude yesterday and it was a great experience from start to finish. We had our own party room, everything was smooth, and Rachel took incredible care of us the whole time... super attentive and genuinely kind. The kids had an absolute blast jumping nonstop, and the adults had fun too. It was easy, well-organized, and full of smiles. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate a big little birthday.
I am not one to leave a bad review, but brought my one year old with her 3 year old sister to enjoy some fun. Was told I couldn't hold the one year old on the trampoline which is fine. But then was told I couldn't be on the trampoline while the one year old was on it that I needed to go to the kids spot in which full blown teenagers were jumping with multiple people one one trampoline. I couldn't allow the baby to be crawling around because of the gaps in between trampolines and several places where she could get hurt within due to tons of kids just running through the areas (in which they never got told no) I dont recommend driving an hour to jump there.
We have been to a different Altitude in Washington and it was significantly better than this one. I find this particular park to not be very young kid friendly as most of the things are for people over a certain height and some employees are quite strict about it. The way they speak to adults is the same as if they are talking to 12 year olds. I was merely standing on the same trampoline as my 2 year old and got scolded by an employee that it was one person per trampoline. I’m her mom, I’m not going to double bounce her to oblivion. We weren’t being obnoxious or dangerous and I was really turned off by being treated like I was a rowdy preteen. This place nickels and dimes you so be prepared for that. My kids love trampoline parks but I just don’t think this one is worth it for under 8 year olds. Maybe when they get older or if they get a better smaller kid area we’d consider joining again.
Thank you to Brailyn, George, and the whole team! My daughter had such a great birthday — the glow party was fun and exciting! We really appreciated the arcade gift cards too — it was a nice way to break up the jumping and keep everyone entertained. We felt so attended to, and it was clear that the flow of our party truly mattered to them. Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful time. Major thanks! 🎉
A lot of racial profiling! A group of Blacks walked in and Security was at attention, but a group of Whites and a group of Hispanics entered Then it was stand down. I asked the Hispanic Mgr why was Security behaving as such and he replied " we've been having issues and trying to control things". I was not happy with how they were trying to control things with that group of teens....did I mention a parent was with them, yep.

Soar to new heights of fun with trampoline adventures for all ages!
