Big and clean place, staff are great too but I hate not being able to watch my babies at a close range I held my daughters bday here and I have to say the staff was very attentive. I made a booking error, and the day before the party I came to the location to drop party supplies they informed me I booked the party at another location. My heart sank, I thought I ruined my daughters party. However, the young ladies at the desk reassured me that they would be able to accommodate and that I would be able to still keep my reserved time. Next day Shayla, my host, was so friendly and helpful. She helped finalize last minute detail decorations and the party was a success! However, I do wish parents were able to accompany their children when in the obstacle course, to just watch them and see if they need help. We came to this place before her party and my daughter was getting bullied in the dodge ball course (some kid just kept chucking the ball at her face repeatedly) with the amount of staff they have I was surprised they didn't step in, so Mom had too.
❌ ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ALTITUDE A Disaster Waiting to Happen ❌ If I could give zero stars, I would. This is, by a massive margin, the worst Altitude location I have ever been to. Do NOT waste your time or money here. Go anywhere else—seriously, even stay home. The whole experience is a predatory cash grab that begins the second you walk in they require you to buy their branded grip socks and a wristband just to watch your kids! This is absurd. You are essentially forced to pay an entry fee simply to be a good parent. The staff is beyond incompetent—they are downright rude and clearly not focused on safety or supervision. Given the combination of their inattentiveness and the lack of proper age separation, it's a disaster waiting to happen. You cannot expect a five-year-old to avoid injury from an older child in a chaotic, unsupervised environment. I predict that if they continue operating like this with rude, unqualified staff and predatory policies, they are going to get sued. And if you get thirsty after being forced to buy all their gear? Prepare for another outrage. They have the nerve to charge $3.00 for a single can of Coke. Three dollars for a can! My advice? Skip this place entirely. Go to the Altitude in Skokie. At least there, when you pay $3.00 for a Coke, you get a full bottle, and more importantly, you are more than allowed to take care of your kids without having to pay extra for the privilege. Go to Skokie. Save your sanity and your wallet. This location deserves to be shut down.
Wow, that is all I can say. I brought my kids here and they had a blast. One of the attendants, I believe his name was Carter Fifield was an absolute gem (he should be promoted). He made my kids feel safe while they had the time of their lives at the trampoline park. What an experience. Thanks, Carter!
I’ll preface this by saying at the time of my visit I am 30 years old, so a kid at heart! 😆 My partner accidentally booked for their Westown location but they refunded and allowed us to purchase for this location! It’s a large space and full of more than just trampolines, there’s plenty of space to eat (and host birthdays) and a spot to grab a snack including beer! The little arcade was a fun addition too. The slides were a blast!! Take a slow mo video and watch yourself face plant lol. Anyway, I wish they’d have an hour reserved for adults cause we still like to have fun too.
New trampoline Park in the neighborhood. Really big space with a ton of options for kids to play and get their energy out. They also have slides, tons of trampoline options, ninja course etc. Also they have family bathrooms and plentiful parking. Would recommend.
