I had a really bad experience at this trampoline park. The trampolines were visibly dirty, and it doesn’t seem like they clean or maintain the equipment properly at all. The overall place felt unsanitary and neglected. The slide was especially concerning kids were crying after going down it because it hurt so badly. That alone should be a huge red flag for a place meant for children. On top of that, the manager was unfair and unhelpful when issues were brought up. Instead of addressing concerns, it felt like they brushed them off. The employees also looked miserable, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Overall, this place feels poorly managed and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here.
I just had my son's 9th birthday party here and if it wasn't for him having a good time, I would have given this place 0 stars. I called ahead because there was an issue where people were getting charged when signing waivers and the guy who answered me was rude and just hung up on me. The day of the party, the party host had a great attitude. Other than that, it was like we ran the party. We had to look for our guests to come eat and when it was time for the cake. We also had to look for our host each time to bring out the items. For the cake, I had to do all the work (other places sing the song and cut it). I will not recommend doing a party here.
We took our kids here for the opening month. Poorly managed. They have staff going around telling parents can’t sit on the second floor because we didn’t have proper socks. So second time we returned with proper gripping socks. This time staff told parents can’t be up on second floor because we don’t have their Altitude socks. If they are truly worry about our safety then they would have cleaned the wet floor instead of putting a yellow caution sign board and call it a day. They only force parents to buy socks yet unable to clean the wet floor for safety (it was wet when we arrived and it was left like that for the entire period we were there 2hrs). Checking in process was poorly done too. We gave them our barcode and phone number. And the guy checking us in was confused telling us we have to buy our own membership to go in with our kids? Many accompany adults have no places to sit. All seatings were taken so many of them went to sit on the second floor near the fence away from the jumping area. Staff is too “efficient” telling adults to not be in area unless you have Altitude socks but no one is efficient to clean wet floor or make more seatings. Please work with your management to add more seatings, clean wet floor immediately for real safety concerns. Not going after parents and grandparents for not wearing your company’s socks.
Very disappointed with the service at this newly opened indoor jump place in Milpitas. One of the staff members had an extremely rude attitude. As first-time visitors, we did not know that only their branded socks are allowed. We thought regular indoor non-slip socks would be acceptable, since other similar places (like the one at Oakridge Mall) allow that. The employee gave us a “warning” the first time but did not explain clearly. I took my 2.5-year-old daughter back to the parking lot to change into the socks that we’ve bought in Oakridge mall one . The same employee came over again and said in a very aggressive tone: “Ma’am, this is the second warning. You must wear OUR brand socks. You cannot wear outside socks.” The attitude was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly, especially toward a family with a toddler. Also, we originally planned to use the toddler ball pit, only to find out that it is only open on weekends, which was not clearly communicated. Honestly, the experience was so unpleasant that even paying for one month feels like too much. For anyone who hasn’t signed up for a membership yet, I strongly suggest asking all the details very carefully before coming.
Arcade machines are broken and still charges to play. Understaffed, rude customer service. Sign says one spin per person but only allows one spin per group. Staff also declined honest review to spin because of 1 star.
