The service here was great, the worker Erick was very kind and he gave some great service. Everything was clean and just for my liking. The manager Daniel was very good at his job and he might need a raise.

This location has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it is not well maintained. During our visit, the floors were visibly dirty, trash was scattered throughout the space, and tables and chairs did not appear to be wiped down regularly. The windows to private party rooms have handprints everywhere, not to mention the building’s windows. The overall clutter made the facility feel unprofessional (see photos). For comparison, the Altitude locations in Roscoe Village & on Armour are clean, organized, and well run. With better upkeep and attention to cleanliness, this location could offer a much better experience.

Tony is an outstanding employee at Altitude Trampoline Park, and I can’t say enough about the incredible level of service he provides. Every time I visit, Tony goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcomed, safe, and taken care of. His positive attitude is contagious he’s always smiling, patient, and ready to help with absolutely anything. Whether he’s assisting with check-ins, guiding kids through safety rules, or jumping in to solve unexpected issues, Tony handles everything with professionalism and genuine care. It’s clear he truly enjoys his job, and it makes a huge difference in the experience of everyone who walks through the door.His dedication, kindness, and work ethic make Altitude Trampoline Park a better place, Tony is simply exceptional a true asset to the team!

We hosted our child's birthday party here and had a great experience! The kids had a blast and, as the praying customer, I felt valued and supported before, during, and after the event. The emails when I booked the party and leading up to the day were very helpful and answered my questions. Our hostess on the day of the party, Violet, was a delight! She was attentive, courteous, and helpful. She helped make our party feel seamless and we did not feel rushed, which I am very grateful for. We could sit back and just enjoy the day. We'd love to host a party here again!

Tons of fun for the kiddos and some of the more adventurous adults! I definitely can't risk messing my back up, but I would bounce around if I could. Overall it is pretty clean they could definitely use a deep cleaning here and there, but for kids parties etc it's great. The staff is basically younger kids which is fine for the most part but if there's an issue not much is going to be solved.
