This is the only place I trust with any of my high-end expensive clothing. They do such a great job and they always are so so nice and accommodating I wouldn’t go anywhere else and BB is especially talented.

Bibi is the best tailor in nyc and a true artist. I have brought several dresses to her and she has been nothing short of incredible. For each one she has listened to what I wanted, offered her expert opinion and created exactly what we discussed. Her craftsmanship is without compare. She is always gracious and kind, visiting Alts feels more like visiting a friend than a tailor. On the subject of visiting feeling like a friend, Alex at the front is so welcoming, kind and attentive. Every time I'm on the podium getting pinned she has a nice word to say about what I'm wearing. She makes sure you are welcomed, offered water and on checkout she is prompt and efficient. I won't go to any other tailor after having such a wonderful experience there and highly recommend them for everything from hemming to full reconstruction.

Bibi was the absolute best! She did a fantastic job on altering my wedding dress and due to the thickness and weight, it was no easy task. My dress turned out absolutely gorgeous and she was fantastic to work with! Could not recommend more.

This is the best tailoring service in NYC. The team is incredibly kind and the best in the business. I had to get a last minute adjustment for my wedding and they went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. Bibi is a warm soul, and Tymber and Frank make it feel like a family is looking after you. There’s not a better team to help you! Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough good things about Bibi at Alts in Tribeca. She is truly a miracle worker, and I’m endlessly grateful for the care, talent, and dedication she brought to my wedding dress. I had a custom gown made, and when it arrived, it was a complete disaster. The hems were unfinished, the length was about four inches too short, and the overall construction was sloppy and rushed. I was heartbroken after months of planning and excitement, I was left with a dress that felt completely wrong and unwearable just weeks before my wedding. Then I found Bibi. From the moment I stepped into Alts, she immediately put me at ease. She approached the situation with such kindness, calm, and confidence, and it was clear right away that I was in the hands of a true expert. She carefully assessed every issue and came up with a thoughtful plan to completely transform the dress. What she accomplished was nothing short of amazing. She didn’t just fix the obvious problems she restructured, refined, and reshaped the dress into something that finally felt like the gown I had dreamed of.
