Absolutely horrible experience I’ve ever had with a CPA in last 20 years. After first 2-3 months, started ignoring work, always late in preparing statements. Alvaro did not finish taxes, charged money for unfinished work, ignored multiple emails and phone calls, and showed zero responsibility. Deadlines passed, I was left hanging, and there was no explanation or accountability. Also found issues with bookkeeping and incomplete work. My only regret is not firing him sooner. If you are a busy professional, value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this CPA at all costs. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
