I just bought my 2nd home and knew very little about the process; Benjamin had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Even tho it was my second purchase he was very helpful with telling me the process and what to expect . Thanks have certainly changed from my first home purchase 18 years ago. Benjamin is extremely down to earth (and hilarious!) and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without him; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend him until the man retires, maybe past that.
