I had the great pleasure of dealing with Roman, while helping a friend get her house sold, as she lived out of town and was hard for her to be “hands on”. Her home had been on the market with another real estate company for nearly a year and a half with not much activity. She listed it with Roman, and within the first week, he had more traffic in and out of that house than the other had in the year and a half he had listed. And he wasn’t just showing the home, he had offers within that first week!!! Two weeks later, thanks again to Roman, the house was sold, and he made sure everything was a breeze for her at closing.Im in awe of this man, truly!! He’s not your typical “salesman” that you run from lol, he’s personable, but not pushy. He’s a determined representative for you, that will get the job done properly. I’ve told everyone I know about him, he’s impressed me far beyond I could imagine or even hope for. If you want a stand up guy that speaks your language, treats you with the utmost respect and honesty, and seemly has a rocket underneath him, then Roman is your guy, hands down!!

Roman made buying a home such a smooth experience. He handled much of the heavy lifting and kept us as stress-free as possible through the whole process. His knowledge of neighborhoods and the real estate market all around Austin (both North and South) was such a huge help. I’m still so impressed by how hardworking he and his team are and would highly recommend them! If you are looking for the right home or looking to sell your home, I highly recommend contacting Roman Lopez. He truly went over and beyond in a situation that was less than ideal and had our home sold in less than 3 weeks! He did everything he promised to do and at a time when I was beginning to feel hopeless, he stepped in and assured me he would get my family home sold. The house had been on the market for over a year and as soon as I spoke to Roman, I felt at ease and knew he was the man for the job! He is the only realtor I will use or recommend in the future! He is honest, did everything he promised and did more in three weeks than what anyone else did in over a year! I have never been more pleased! Thank you, Roman!

Roman was fantastic. I was selling a house from out of state as part of settling an estate and I needed someone who could jump in and make the sale long distance. Roman did just that. He kept up communications even when it looked like the sale might go private and was there to assist when it was firmly going public. His level of attention remained once we had the house listed and we had an acceptable offer in one week. Roman stayed with me through the close.
