Jess has been great! I sell for a home builder and she brought her client to me and has been such great representation for him, and has been amazing with communication between the builder and the buyer! I hope to do many more deals with her in the future! Rockstar!

Do not use for property management. Their strength seems to be in sales. Avoid at all costs to manage your property or to rent a property through them. They are masters at lip service. Tenant walked into a home with no electric (which had been promised), therefore no AC or hot water, filthy, rugs not cleaned, strong dog odor, no painting, previous tenant's things were still in house, no garage opener, ceiling fans missing blades, lights missing globes, etc. It was obvious no one had walked through the house and no QC prior to tenant arrival. Cavalier attitude about contractors who didn't show up or were not reliable. Expected tenant to manage the contractor and subs, knowing the tenant worked from home and has two dogs. House should have been move-in ready.

Jess is truly a miracle worker! She helped us find the perfect rental house up north at the best price in the area—way better than anything else we’d seen. On top of that, she negotiated a great deal with an extended lease term, which gave us so much peace of mind. She knows how to advocate for her clients and make things happen. We’re so grateful we had her on our side and wouldn’t work with anyone else!

Working with Jess was an incredible experience from start to finish! She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. Her dedication, knowledge, and passion for what she does truly set her apart. I’ll always choose Sprout again and again because of Jess—she’s simply the best! Highly recommend!
