I had a disappointing experience with a bedding company charging us a delivery fee (we were just out of area by 10min) so I decided to go to Nick scali ( wasn’t going to be a fit with delivery & price) so I stepped into Super Amart @ Helansvale…not only did I recieve top class service, but Peta went a step above by making my day with a very caring little add on, it literally made my day & my experience turned from negative to positive. Best decision walking into Super Amart & checking out the bedroom offers with very friendly staff all around. Thank you also for filling up my doggo’s water bottle…Peta 💯a ⭐️

Amazing service. Peta is a superstar. We hadn't been in the door more than 5 minutes and she asked if she could help. She left us to browse and continued to check in and answer any questions we had. Her explanations for the difference between products was brilliant. Peta was born for customer service!! We'll definitely be back!!

Their service is terrible. I bought a couch with a 10-year guarantee, but they're not giving me the services I paid for. Don't buy a couch from them.

I purchased a couch from Amart Helensvale, and it was delivered about 3 months later. I lodged a warranty claim on the same day it was delivered because one of the gas-lift chaises did not raise properly. After an inspection, I was told I would hear back, but it then took almost 6 months later for Amart’s warranty department to respond and advise they could not source the required parts, instead offering a partial refund. When I attended the store to claim that refund, I was then told it could only be issued as a gift card, which was not what I believed had been agreed. I then sent a further email to Amart 14 days ago outlining multiple reasonable options to resolve the matter, but I have still received no response. After 9 months with a faulty couch, this matter remains unresolved, and I will update this review if it is handled fairly.

Big store. Nicely laid out, there are last of items for quick sale too. Very helpful to test out furniture before buying.
