Rafael Rodriguez came for our semi annual maintenance check. He ended up resolving our low coolant and corrected a problem with a filter. He did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided.

Ambient edge this is the worst ac company in business, out to Robb you,Rafael Rodriguez was charging 400$ for a capacitor change, it's a plug in part,don't do business with abiant edge, will high price you on everything ,bad business abiant edge.

Ambient Edge is a total scam. Their "flat rate" charges for service are double to triple what other AC repair services cost, large company and small. I had thier VIP service for 12 months, as they charge nearly $100 if you would like to cancel early. I called a week before my renewal to cancel, but lo and behold, they charged me. I called for my refund but only managers can approve one, and thuer managers don't work past two. Called back another day, apperently managers don't work on Tuesdays either. Total scam company, they grant thier workers zero rights and leave them to get chewed out by unhappy customers and the managers hide. The 5 star reviews are only due to the technicians requesting one with a smile, the techs are fine but the company is a joke. Also, each of the 5 technicians I had thurout the year all found random problems. Problems that only they saw and no one else could, and none of them found the same two issues. How can you trust a company like this?
