As a raw beginner, I tried a few other gyms before settling here at Ambush. They take good care of beginners to make sure they're using correct technique from day 1. Coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone I've met there has been very welcoming and patient with me. Beginner classes give you a great workout, opportunity to ask questions, and no crazy 10 hit combos to memorize on the spot. No obnoxious pressure to sign a contract, awesome metal music, great environment all-around.

I joined Ambush for Muay Thai training and the experience has been exceptional. The trainers here are skilled and they provide attention to each student.Coach Fernando is very knowledgeable and a great teacher.My 5 year old son also trains here with coach Mike, he is very talented,excellent instructor and have a great ability to bring out the best in my son he also offers private lessons that are well worth it. The atmosphere is motivating! I like energy and vibes from everyone. So if you're looking to sharpen your skills and get in shape I highly recommend Ambush.
