My husband and I used American Adoptions to adopt our child. The process was multi-step and was very involved but the staff was always available when we need help or a consult during the process of getting set up. They matched us with seral opportunities and was with us through the final adoption process. The helped us understand the hospital process (what to say to ensure that all bills, etc. were handled appropriately). Their Attorney was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. American Adoptions was an incredible resource in helping us create our family. The team was professional and genuinely cared about positive outcomes for all sides of the adoption journey: adoptive parents, birth parents, and the child. Through challenges they were thoughtful and supportive with a human touch - despite their size we never felt like a number to them. Their large network helped us get placement quickly.
