My son tested with Dina. We got there early and were let in and welcomed with cookies and coffee. Dina was very clear as to what my son did correctly, what he did incorrectly, and what he could improve. Mr. Rick was also there and he was pleasant to speak with while Dina and my son were out testing. It was easy to schedule online and everyone was pleasant and professional.
