Dain deserves not only a raise but a sainthood. For the last three days, we had been plagued by a mysterious and incessant beeping that we absolutely could not locate the source of. We ended up assuming this was an issue with our fire alarms, so we called AE. Dain quickly figured out that the source of our torment wasn't from the fire alarms at all, and he proceeded to help us go through the entire basement for at least half an hour, moving boxes and looking in every nook and cranny with us. As it turns out, we had an ancient carbon monoxide detector buried away that was at the end of its tired life, and it had decided to go out with not a bang, but an aggravating set of screeches every 90 seconds or so. Not only did he locate it, Saint Dain even took the detector away to destroy it, so we didn't have to gut it ourselves or listen to its death knell shrieking from the garbage bin in the garage for the rest of the week. 10/10 would call again for the new American patron saint of a restful night's sleep.
