It's not often when walking into a retail store, I receive attention. Today, seconds after walking in the showroom, Salesperson Chris walked up to me and extended his hand. He wasn't aggressive nor desperate to complete a sale. I explained to Chris I was not attending to buy, just window shopping. Regardless, chris was attentive and answered all of my questions. He listened and asked me questions. Because of his knowledge and great customer service, I walked away with a sofa, bed, coffee table and dining table.
