American Freight was absolutely amazing to me and my stepmom when we were shopping for a couch and a mattress with a box spring. From the moment we walked in, he was patient, helpful, and never pushy. The assistant manager, Michael, was his name he was great—he took the time to walk us through everything and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. We also got the protection plan, and Michael explained exactly how it works. It covers things like stains, damage, and unexpected issues, which gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing our furniture is protected. Everything was explained clearly and simply. The financing process was also super smooth. Michael explained how the payments work, what to expect monthly, and made sure it fit our budget. The whole process was quick and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience with great customer service, fair pricing, and clear communication. I highly recommend American Freight, and definitely ask for Michael if you can—he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Kywonna was excellent. He doesn’t put any pressure on you makes you feel comfortable answers all your questions. He evens takes extra time to measure furniture with you. He is a definite asset to the company. I would rate my experience a 20 out 10! This place has great prices give it a try
