Replaced the tile portion of the roof in under two days and it was glorious to watch. Like clockwork the team arrived assembled and got to work and then they were gone until the next morning after some good clean up. The next day the work was finished and I am writing this as the final clean up is finishing as I am so pleased with the final price and the value I feel I got for the money. Only thing I can say by way of a true endorsement is that when I am ready to have the flat roof portion of the roof replaced I will be calling the owner to arrange for it. Thanks to the site coordinator and project manager respectively for inspecting and scheduling the work.

Stop researching and hire this company. I spent a couple of days weeding through companies to call for estimates. When the owner arrived we had a great feeling. He is an excellent business owner, he explains everything thoroughly and weighs the options suited for the job. You can tell he is a professional by the way he conducts business. He never rushed us during our estimate and did not ever try and oversell any service. Our instincts were correct, his reviews were spot on and we had an amazing experience getting a whole new roof and seamless gutters in days total start to finish. The owner has a contractors license which also made hiring him a no brainer as we had a decorative structure built into our roof in our home that needed replacing before the roof could be completed. The owner was able to start the job the next day and completed the roof before my husband had to leave town for work, making it much less stressful on me. We opted for a new cool roof by owens corning, the owner was able to provide us with homes in our area to view colors. We also opted for roofing insulation which is a special layer placed over the wood and under the new shingles to reflect heat even more and had some vents dormers installed as well as a solar attic fan. Let me tell you i have already noticed quite a difference and my air conditioner no longer kicks on at 2pm. The house is at least 10 degrees cooler which makes handling the valley sun much better. I can not wait to see the lower utility bills. The owner price was right, his crews were on time and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of business day as well. If you are looking for a solid job for a good fair price and follow through this is the company for you. I hope this helps others in need of a trust worthy roofer.
