Aaron from ARS stayed on our insurance company, who were being REALLY difficult over a period of months, to see that we got the roof we needed and deserved. He was super communicative and absolutely dogged in his pursuit of our claim. The crew who came out to do the work were very professional, fast, and conscientious. Also the roof looks great.

Aaron came out to do an estimate to fix some facia (sp?). They did a complete review of our roof and siding in addition to the easy fix and found enough damage they recommended a new roof and new siding. Throughout the process Aaron was great at sharing information and pictures (I'm not going up on my roof). And has been great to work with. Thank you for the good work!

ARS has been fantastic. They replaced my roof and siding and most importantly they were kind and extremely helpful throughout the process. My insurance was being very difficult and the claim dragged out two full years, but ARS stood by me and through frequent discussions with insurance that went way over my head, made sure I received what I was due. I sincerely appreciate their time and efforts. The whole team was great but I primarily worked with Aaron and he was a blessing. Can’t recommend them enough.

Aaron was great to work with-very responsive to questions and concerns, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. The work crews that did the roofing and siding were also great-very professional, incredibly hard working, and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Aaron was very professional and wonderful to work with. American roofing and siding were quick and thorough. My roof looks great. I have a 3 story house. They have the equipment and finished in one and a half days. He gave me a drone view of the before and after. Aaron made the insurance collection process easy! Would highly recommend and use them again!
