Took my truck in for 4 new tires. 2 days later, a faulty tire valve grommet caused my tire to go flat. Seemed fine for 2 days, then just flat. I took the truck in and they were able to resolve it in about an hour. They also made it right by compensating me. Things happen, and you could argue it should have been caught, but when I brought it back they didn't argue or blame, they just made it right. That's the right way to do business in my book. I'd still recommend them and come back myself.

10 🌟 for them! Go here! And Tell your friends! This place is incredibly helpful. Gabriel is topnotch the most sincerely helpful person. He helped me pay for a tire so I could get the set of 4 instead of just 2 front which I could only afford at the time. That just does not happen. This franchise is the best. The quality of the tires match the prices

I visited this shop due to a flat tire, and I was driving on my spare. I decided to purchase four brand new tires and a wheel alignment to get everything resolved properly. Before the work started, I explicitly spoke with the service advisor and explained my situation, emphasizing that since I was purchasing four matching new tires, they must not reinstall the old, mismatched spare tire back onto the vehicle. I paid the full amount for all four new tires and the alignment. Upon picking up my car, I was extremely disappointed to find that my clear instructions had been ignored. The technicians had installed the mismatched spare tire. I paid for a full set of four new tires, but I drove away with three matching tires and one completely different spare. Spending a significant amount of money and having my direct instructions disregarded is unacceptable. This shows a severe lapse in customer service and attention to detail.

I remember driving by this location a number of times while it was going through renovation. Off the bat, their look is very clean, professional, and modern. It looks like a nice establishment. I even liked that if you have an appointment, they have a sign for you when you arrive that makes you feel like VIP. I had to come in early morning due to finding a nail in my tire, so I needed a quick patch. They open at 8am and I arrived around 8:20am. Already, they looked fairly busy. They had a number of people checking-in and I knew I'd have to wait a bit. The whole process was super professional though. They asked questions, checked not only the nail, but the tires as well, told me what would be needed soon, and were honest and not trying to upsell me on anything. I appreciate that very much. Service was great, and went by quicker than estimated. Value was great because a simple repair like that patch was free. Lobby was clean, they have free wifi, and a good number of seats for people to wait on. Good location! Just wish they also did alignment so I can take it there to get the same great service and experience, but they told me to try the Norwalk location. And day after update - the same tire was flat again, so not sure if the patch they put was faulty and there was a slow leak :(

Update: service is always great. Friendly informative and professional. Thanks for the help on my flat tire. Next month my dad needs new tires and you'll be seeing me soon. I've been coming to this location for years. After 5 to 6 cars and dozens of tires and wheels, I can say with conviction that this location has a good business sense and a high sense of morals. Never been wronged , helpful, knowledgeable, on target, never pushy, caring about the customer and your car. A bit dated location, very busy at times, but nonetheless, you can be assured you'll leave happy 😊.
