It was a very good experience. They were efficient and got the job done quickly. I do not feel like they tried to sell me on a bunch of things I didn’t need I feel they were honest and that made the whole experience for a comfortable.

I would like to say this place has been the one stop to get everything done on my car since I can remember. I wouldn’t change it unless the people change. I honestly trust the mechanics . I haven’t had any complaints. The people are nice and honest . It can be pricy but again everything is.

Anaheim Allens has been very good to me. I bought 4 tires and the extra warranty for them. I've had 2 flats since. Allens took my car right in and fixed the tires at no cost. They are courteous and personable.

I’ve taken my 2018 Honda CRV to Allen’s in the past because they were usually a better deal than the dealership, but that wasn’t the case this time. Tires: Allen’s quoted $600 for two rear tires ($300 each ). The dealership quoted $376 for both tires, . Allen’s eventually offered $200 per tire with alignment. Brakes: I was first quoted $209 for rear brake pads over the phone, then told $375. The dealership quoted $275, which Allen’s agreed to match. Oil Change: Allen’s quoted $100, while the dealership was $60. I declined and will take care of this elsewhere. With the inconsistent quotes and higher pricing, Allen’s is no longer my first choice for service.

Should zero star in my experience. This local store tried to scam me a oil filter cap $100, which should be free or included in package. When I refuse, they lower $70 then $50 then told me free no charge at all. You guys make the customer and try to make up money. Plus made me wait 2 hours just for only oil change job with many employees seem not to busy. shame. Absolutely not recommend ppl come here to this store.
