I called for an estimate on installing a smart switch. I was having problems with preexisting neutral wires on that same circuit. I’m typically a DIY-er, but because of the neutral wire complexity I decided to call professionals. The call center was easy, polite, and straightforward. I was able to get a free estimate from a technician the same day. Super convenient. My tech, David, arrived on time. I will add that this company also uses a platform to monitor geolocation of your technician’s location as he’s on the way. I received a safety inspection on my fuse box. I learned a whole bunch from my tech. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He completed the install and also made suggestions on a few other electrical concerns that I had. The company processed my payment digitally (very convenient). My electrician also vacuumed up the work area and left it spotless. As if he was never there. I actually look for that when hiring a contractor. This company is licensed and bonded. I highly recommend them.

Customer service rep answered the call quickly, dispatched Nathan within the hour. Nathan was amazing as he gave a 360-degree explanation that I appreciate as it makes you see possible future issues. The good thing is he also offered levels of solutions. He represented the company well, and even explained the customer membership opportunity and benefits. He repaired the two hardwired smoke alarms and even replaced the batteries of my carbon monoxide detector. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

The review below the line was written about 6 weeks ago when Ampere and Angel did a complete replacement and safety upgrade on our breaker box. This new update is for the second job that was completed yesterday. We contracted with Ampere to have a few light fixtures relocated in our house and to have several new fixtures that we purchased for a house out of state but decided to install them here in Las Vegas. Due to the size of the job two technicians were sent. Angel came back along with his partner Javier. Talk about polite, professional, dedicated people. Homeowners/Property Owners you want people you hire to treat your house as if it was their own. That is EXACTLY what Angel and Javier did. Attention to safety, cleanliness, and respect for your biggest investment. Shoe protection, floor protection, even looking out for your pets while they are entering and leaving your homes interior. As usual the work was done flawlessly. Exactly what we needed with some complicated installs. The crew was here for nearly 9 hours but never stopped working, overcoming all challenges on the way to making my wife very happy. That is all that matters after all, she comes first. Ampere you have a great thing going with your team. We have a third project in the works. I am certain that no matter who is sent when we finalize those plans we will get A+ service with you. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today I had Ampere to my house to swap out the original and dangerously wired control panel with a new panel and a full rewire. Our technician was Angel. When he arrived with NV Energy he went straight to work. Kept me informed of all that he was doing throughout the job. We did this because we could see the wiring in the previous panel that was 32 years old was dangerous and had arcing from before we bought the house. NO ELECTRICAL HOUSE FIRES for us if we can avoid it. Upon completion and inspection the jobsite was left just as clean as when Angel started. He was polite and professional. We would have him and Ampere back for sure if future electrical needs arise.

Had Ampere out to install recessed cans in our home. They installed 4 recessed cans in 4 different bedrooms for a total of 16. They were quick, clean, & efficient. laid down drop cloths in each room picked up all of the debris/mess. When they were done it looked like they weren’t even there. The lights worked perfectly. No issues whatsoever. would highly recommend! Austin, Sam, & Cade were GREAT!

Angel came through and crushed the job! Absolute professional!!! The work is super clean and I am ecstatic with the results! Thank you Angel and thank you Ampere, I will definitely be calling you guys for any electrical work I need in the future!
