Avoid. We arranged for AMS Removals to complete a cleaning and furniture assembly service, for which they demanded payment in advance. They did not clean anything (see photos), left rubbish in the space and have since been unresponsive to communications.

David and the team were fantastic! My exchange and completion happened on the same day and they were available at short notice. The team boxed everything up safely and cleared my whole flat efficiently. The team put all our boxes in the correct rooms in my new home and everything was neatly organised. My bed and wardrobes were also reassembled. I highly recommend AMS and will use them again in the future.

Fantastic removals service - would highly recommend to anyone moving from or within the Greater Manchester area. Excellent communication with David even before booking, realistic and competitive quotes, and best of all friendly and professional every step of the way. We moved long-distance from Manchester to London and I cannot fault any aspect of the service. Thanks in particular to David, Eamon and Matthew for moving us with such care.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I've received from AMS movers. We had a large van full of furniture needing moving. I arranged a convenient time with minimal fuss. They showed up within 15 minutes of the agreed time, moved the stuff in a considerate way and delivered to my Mum's house no issues. My Mum was equally impressed. Payment was a simple online form and great value for money.

We used AMS following a recommendation from a friend. Best removals company we’ve ever used with service from start to finish. The team was so friendly and made our moving process smoother than we could have hoped for. They were right on time, incredibly efficient and handled everything with care, including some awkward furniture and tight corners. Not a single item was damaged. Their professionalism made what’s usually a stressful day feel easy. Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and will definitely be using them for our next mov.
